Disaster Recovery as Code for 60+ Applications

The Challenge

A large enterprise ran more than 60 applications on Azure PaaS services with no codified disaster recovery. Standing up an equivalent environment in a secondary region by hand would have been slow, inconsistent, and impossible to keep aligned with production.

Our Solution

Designed and implemented Infrastructure as Code that provisions a full secondary-region disaster recovery environment for the entire application estate. The setup mirrors the production PaaS services, including App Service, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Cosmos DB and API Management, and deploys repeatably so the whole estate can be recovered in a controlled, automated way.
