CI/CD That Cut Production Deployment Time

The Challenge

Deploying the client's production business application was slow and manual, taking around two hours per release. The application was highly complex, which made every release risky and delayed the business value of each change.

Our Solution

Redesigned the DevOps process and built streamlined CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, automating build, test, and release. Given the complexity of the application, twenty minutes was the fastest a release could realistically run, and the new process removed the manual steps and the mistakes that came with them.
